Synopsis & Plot Summary
Inspired by a small-statured pro volleyball player known as the “Little Giant,” Shoyo Hinata develops a deep passion for the sport. Despite his short height and lack of a proper middle school team, his incredible jumping ability and athleticism keep his dreams alive. Upon entering Karasuno High School, Hinata is shocked to find that his middle school rival, the genius setter Tobio Kageyama, is now his teammate. Despite their initial friction, the two combine their talents to create an unstoppable “freak quick” attack. Together with their passionate upperclassmen, Hinata and Kageyama strive to restore Karasuno to its former glory and battle their way to the top of the National Tournament.
